?General Questions (8 SORU)

EMIXHAS Software is a professional software development company headquartered in Bursa Karacabey, Türkiye. With 15 years of experience, we provide web design, mobile app development, e-commerce, custom software, SEO and digital marketing services. From SMEs to large enterprises, we have 30+ active clients and 50+ completed projects. We serve customers across Türkiye and internationally.

Although headquartered in Bursa Karacabey, we have clients across all 81 provinces of Türkiye. Our strongest presence is in Istanbul, Bursa, Ankara, Izmir, Antalya, Adana, Konya and Kayseri. Internationally we have clients in Germany, the Netherlands, the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the US. With modern remote-working tools, geographical distance is never a barrier to quality.

Three core advantages: (1) Bursa is one of Türkiye's industrial centers, giving us deep sector experience; (2) we can offer prices 30–40% lower than metropolitan centers, savings we pass on to clients; (3) being in the heart of the Marmara region, we can reach any Marmara province within 1–3 hours for on-site meetings when needed.

We've been active in the software industry for over 15 years. Since founding, we have completed 50+ projects and serve 30+ active clients. Our customer-satisfaction rate is 96% and our repeat-business rate is 78%. Unlike the all-too-common "cheap work, no support afterwards" model, we build long-term partnerships.

We currently have 5+ expert team members organized into four functional teams: Development (backend, frontend, mobile, DevOps), Design (UI/UX, visual), Quality Assurance and Testing, and Project Management & Business Development. Including interns, the team grows continuously. Our 2030 target is 25+ experts.

Yes — we hold various corporate and individual certifications: Google Partner, KOSGEB-Approved Software Provider, BTSO member (Bursa Chamber of Commerce and Industry), Clutch.co Verified (5.0/5 rating). Team members hold international certifications including AWS, Google Cloud, PMP, Scrum Master and OWASP.

Yes — all our projects comply with Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and the EU GDPR. Consent management, data-subject rights, data-retention periods and audit logs are part of every implementation. Projects handling sensitive data (healthcare, finance, education) receive extra safeguards.

We offer full written and spoken service in Turkish and English. We can also localize projects into German, Arabic, French, Spanish, Chinese and Russian. We have extensive experience building multi-language websites and mobile applications.

$Pricing and Payment (12 SORU)

Our 2026 price ranges (in USD): single-page landing $140–$350; standard corporate site (5–10 pages) $280–$640; multilingual corporate portal $530–$1,250; custom premium design $1,070–$2,860. All prices are transparent with no hidden fees. Every project gets a tailored proposal during a free discovery call.

It depends on complexity: simple content-based app $900–$1,610; mid-complexity app (login, push, content management) $1,610–$3,220; e-commerce or marketplace app $3,220–$7,150; social network or messaging app $3,570–$8,930. The Apple Developer fee ($99/year) and Google Play one-time fee ($25) are paid directly by you.

E-commerce on WooCommerce/Opencart with a custom theme $530–$900; mid-size custom-built e-commerce platform $1,610–$3,220; multi-vendor marketplace platform $3,570–$10,720. Add $55–$180 per year for payment gateway, shipping integration and SSL costs.

Single-module admin panel $900–$1,790; mid-tier multi-module CRM/ERP $2,150–$5,360; complex enterprise CRM/ERP $5,360–$12,510; multi-tenant SaaS platform $7,150–$21,440. We always recommend starting with an MVP (Minimum Viable Product) and developing in phases.

Our monthly packages: Starter $125/month (for SMEs); Standard $230/month (for active SMEs); Premium $430/month (for larger SMEs and enterprises); Enterprise (custom quote). One-off technical SEO audit $180–$540. Minimum contract 3–6 months, then month-to-month.

Website maintenance: Basic $18/month, Standard $55/month, Premium $125/month. Mobile app maintenance: Basic $55/month, Standard $125/month, Premium $270/month. Custom software maintenance: Basic $90/month, Standard $180/month, Premium $360/month, Enterprise on request.

Accepted methods: bank transfer, EFT, credit card, installments (on larger projects), and for international clients Stripe/PayPal/Wise. On larger projects we use staged payments: 30–40% on kickoff, 30–40% during development, 30% on delivery and approval. Annual SEO payments get a 15% discount.

Yes — we support credit card installments (3, 6, 9 and 12 months through the bank). On larger projects we can stage payments over 4–6 months. We also help you prepare documentation for KOSGEB support programmes, which can subsidize up to 50% of project costs.

Where contractual milestones are not delivered, partial refunds apply. The 30–40% upfront payment is non-refundable once the project starts; remaining portions depend on delivery stages. Our 96% satisfaction rate shows this is rarely an issue.

No — under our transparent-pricing policy, we never charge anything not written in the contract. Surprise invoices for "add-on modules", "change requests" or "licence fees" common in the industry do not exist with us. The agreed amount is the full amount. Only new features requested outside the contract are quoted separately.

Yes — we are a KOSGEB-Approved Software Provider. Our SME clients can benefit from KOSGEB support for projects undertaken with us. Non-repayable grants or low-interest loans can subsidize up to 50% of project costs. We help prepare the documentation for your KOSGEB application.

We are registered for e-invoice; an official e-invoice is issued for every payment. Businesses with annual revenue over ₺5 million are required to receive e-invoices. We can also issue e-archive and e-waybill documents. For international clients we issue invoices in EUR/USD/GBP.

Timeline and Process (10 SORU)

It depends on scope: single-page landing 1–2 weeks; standard corporate site 1–3 weeks; multilingual portal 3–6 weeks; e-commerce platform 4–8 weeks; mobile app 4–12 weeks; CRM/ERP system 8–20 weeks. We provide a clear, project-specific timeline at our first call.

We offer a "Fast Response Package": delivery in half the standard time, at a 30% premium. For example, a project that would normally take 2 weeks is delivered in 1. This is only available when our capacity allows, and we never compromise on quality standards.

We use Agile software development, specifically the Scrum framework. We work in 1–2 week sprints with a live demo at the end of each sprint. Project management is handled in ClickUp/Trello/Notion, communication in Slack/WhatsApp, and code shared on GitHub.

Our standard channels: daily Slack/WhatsApp messaging, a 30-minute weekly Zoom/Google Meet, a live demo at the end of each sprint (every 2 weeks), and a detailed monthly status report. Everything is logged so you can review it at any time.

Yes — we run a live demo at the end of every sprint (every 2 weeks). It's our favourite meeting because clients see progress with their own eyes. During the demo we show that sprint's completed features, gather feedback and plan the next sprint. Recordings are shared.

Your active involvement matters: (1) share project details in week one (logo, brand identity, content, goals), (2) attend sprint demos (30–60 minutes every 2 weeks), (3) provide feedback and approvals, (4) approve features and content as they're prepared. Total commitment: 1–3 hours per week.

We first prepare 1–2 alternative mockups for the homepage in Figma. After your approval, we design the other pages. You have 2–3 revision rounds during approval (depending on your package). Once design is approved, coding begins. Major design changes after development (radical colour or theme changes) incur extra fees.

Small changes (content, colour shades) are free within the contract. Medium changes (a new page, a new feature) are billed hourly or as small packages. Large changes (scope change) require an addendum. Pricing is always transparent.

We use a multi-layered testing process: (1) automated tests (unit, integration) run continuously; (2) manual tests (functional, regression) at every sprint end; (3) performance testing (Lighthouse, JMeter); (4) security audit (OWASP Top 10); (5) UAT (User Acceptance Testing) with you; (6) beta testing with real users. All completed before go-live.

Going live is a professional process: (1) production server preparation, (2) DNS configuration, (3) SSL certificate installation, (4) database migration, (5) final testing, (6) Go-Live, (7) intensive monitoring for the first 7 days. The whole process is our responsibility — you only give the final approval.

Technical Questions (11 SORU)

Backend: PHP 8.3 (Laravel 11), Node.js (Express, NestJS), Python (Django, FastAPI). Frontend: JavaScript ES2024, TypeScript, React 18, Vue 3, Next.js 14. Mobile: React Native, Flutter, Swift (iOS native), Kotlin (Android native). Databases: MySQL 8, PostgreSQL 16, MongoDB, Redis. DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions.

It depends on your needs. WordPress: quick setup, large plugin ecosystem, easy content management (ideal for simple corporate sites and blog-heavy projects). Custom code: full control, best performance, unlimited customization (ideal for e-commerce, complex projects, high traffic). For SMEs we usually recommend WordPress; for enterprise, custom code.

Native (iOS Swift, Android Kotlin) gives better performance but requires two separate development tracks — 100% more expensive and twice as long. Cross-platform (React Native, Flutter) builds both platforms from a single codebase, saving 50% in cost with near-native performance. For SMEs, cross-platform is usually the right choice.

For Türkiye-based servers: Hosting.com.tr, Veriteknik, Natro, İhs Telekom, Turhost. For cloud: DigitalOcean, AWS, Hetzner, Linode, Vultr. SMEs are fine with Türkiye-based shared/VPS hosting ($4–$18/month). High-traffic sites need cloud ($18–$180/month). If most visitors are international, we recommend pairing with Cloudflare CDN.

Modern sites should target Core Web Vitals (LCP < 2.5s, INP < 200ms, CLS < 0.1). We use WebP/AVIF image formats, lazy loading, code splitting, browser caching, CDN, server-side cache (Redis), database optimization (indexes) and gzip/brotli compression. Every site is built targeting a Lighthouse score of 90+.

We follow OWASP Top 10 protection against SQL Injection, XSS, CSRF, broken authentication, insecure deserialization and security misconfiguration. We enforce HTTPS, HSTS, Content Security Policy (CSP), rate limiting and brute-force protection. Password hashing with bcrypt or Argon2id. Sensitive data encrypted with AES-256. Regular security audits.

All projects follow the 3-2-1 backup rule: 3 copies, on 2 different media, 1 offsite. In practice: daily automatic full backups, hourly incremental backups, local backup on the server, and offsite S3-compatible storage. Backups are encrypted and regularly tested through recovery drills. Standard retention is 30 days.

Yes — we have experience with 50+ API integrations: payment (iyzico, PayTR, Param, Stripe, PayPal), shipping (Yurtiçi, MNG, Aras, PTT), marketplaces (Trendyol, Hepsiburada, n11), e-invoice (Logo, Mikro, Foriba, Netsis), messaging (WhatsApp Business, SMS gateways), maps (Google Maps, Mapbox, Yandex Maps), social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn API), and CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive).

Yes — we can integrate via REST API with any system: SAP, Logo, Mikro, Netsis, e-invoice systems, e-Devlet, MERSIS, SGK and banking APIs. We start by reviewing your current system and defining an integration strategy. Where legacy systems lack an API, we build custom adapters as a bridge.

Yes — multi-language and multi-region projects are our specialty. Our standard scope: Turkish, English, German, Arabic, French, Spanish, Chinese and Russian, with any additional language available. We support RTL (right-to-left), hreflang tags, country-specific content, multi-currency pricing and region-specific payment methods. All translations are done by professional translators.

Mobile-first means designing the site for mobile devices first and expanding to larger screens. In Türkiye 78% of internet users come in via mobile, and Google itself crawls sites with its mobile bot FIRST (mobile-first indexing). That makes it the foundational principle of modern web design. Every project we build follows the mobile-first approach.

Warranty and Maintenance (8 SORU)

Yes — every project comes with 1 month of free bug-fix coverage. Any bug identified within that period is fixed at no cost. New feature requests aren't covered by the warranty. After the warranty you can sign up for a monthly maintenance package or buy support hourly.

Maintenance packages cover (by package tier): server monitoring, SSL renewal, security patches, software updates, database optimization, performance monitoring, content-update assistance, light developer support (X hours/month), monthly reports, backup management and a user support line.

Without a maintenance contract, your options are: (1) hourly emergency support ($29–$55/hour), (2) a mini maintenance bundle (3 months), or (3) a one-off fix package. Important note: sites without ongoing maintenance are more likely to develop problems long-term; monthly maintenance is the cost-effective option.

Web design/software: a one-time project contract (includes 4–12 months of warranty). Maintenance packages: monthly subscription, cancellable any time after 3 months minimum. SEO packages: 6-month minimum, then month-to-month. No early-termination penalties.

Standard support hours: Monday–Friday 09:00–18:00, Saturday 10:00–15:00. Premium and Enterprise maintenance packages include a 24/7 emergency line. Critical production outages are handled even overnight. The Premium package runs $270–$360/month.

WhatsApp messages during business hours get a reply within 1–2 hours. Emails are answered within 24 hours. Out-of-hours messages are handled first thing the next business day. Weekends and public holidays may take longer, but you'll always get a reply on the first business day.

For clients on a maintenance package: security updates for frameworks (Laravel, React, etc.) happen automatically, while major version upgrades (e.g. Laravel 11 → 12) are billed as additional maintenance work. Library vulnerabilities (npm audit, composer audit) are checked monthly.

Without maintenance: security vulnerabilities emerge after 6 months, performance degrades after 1 year, and after 2–3 years technology obsolescence forces a rebuild. Maintenance is far cheaper long-term than a rebuild. $55/month maintenance vs. $2,150 for a rebuild three years later.

#SEO and Digital Marketing (8 SORU)

Months 1–3 are spent on technical fixes and content production; you'll see small organic-traffic gains. Months 3–6 bring clear ranking improvements. Months 6–12 can grow organic traffic 2–5×. SEO is a patience game; a 12-month SEO project keeps producing organic traffic for years.

Promising "you'll rank #1 for keyword X" is unethical — nobody has full control over Google's algorithm. What we can say: a well-optimized site can expect 50–200% organic-traffic growth after 6–12 months. On that we stand confidently.

Our keyword strategy: monthly volume and competition analysis with Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush and Ahrefs; long-tail priority (more specific 3+ word phrases); search-intent classification (informational, commercial, transactional); pillar + cluster topic structure; location-based keywords for local SEO ("Bursa software", "Karacabey web design", etc.).

Our monthly SEO packages cover content production: blog posts (1,500–3,000 words, comprehensive, E-E-A-T standards), pillar pages (5,000+ words), service-page optimization, FAQ content (for Featured Snippets), case studies and glossary pages. Content is written by a specialist SEO copywriter and quality-checked before publication.

We only use high-quality backlink methods: guest posting (valuable content on authority sites), HARO (journalists seeking expert quotes), resource-page backlinks, broken-link building, PR and press releases, local citations, and the Skyscraper technique. We never use paid backlinks — the Google ban risk is too high.

Yes — we offer Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) management. Scope: campaign setup, keyword and negative-keyword management, ad copy, landing-page recommendations, A/B testing, conversion tracking, budget optimization and monthly ROAS reports. Management fee: 15–20% of the ad budget or a minimum of $110/month.

Yes — every site we build comes with Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 set up as standard. From Search Console we track indexing status, organic clicks, average position, CTR and similar metrics. These are included in your monthly report. Access is shared between you and us.

Yes — we have a dedicated local SEO service for businesses in Bursa, Karacabey, Istanbul and elsewhere: Google Business Profile (Google My Business) optimization, local citations (industry directories), NAP consistency, location-based keyword strategy, Schema.org LocalBusiness markup, customer-reviews management and local backlink strategy.

🔒Security and Data (7 SORU)

For compliance we implement: explicit consent management (cookie consent, form approvals), data-subject rights (access, deletion, portability), privacy notices and policies, defined data-retention periods, audit logs (every action recorded), encryption of sensitive data (AES-256), data-controller/processor distinction and VERBIS registration support. All projects ship KVKK-compliant.

Yes — we apply multi-layered security: enforced HTTPS (Let's Encrypt or premium SSL), server firewall and fail2ban, OWASP Top 10 protection (SQL injection, XSS, CSRF), encrypted backups, IP whitelisting (for admin panels), 2FA, secure VPN for server access and a security audit every 6 months.

It depends on your preference. For projects requiring Türkiye-based servers under KVKK, we use local providers like Hosting.com.tr and Veriteknik. International hosting is also available (DigitalOcean, AWS, Hetzner). For projects handling sensitive data (healthcare, finance) we recommend Türkiye-based hosting.

Yes — we sign an NDA on every project requiring confidentiality. The NDA protects your sensitive business information, trade secrets and customer data. We have a standard NDA template available; it can be customized. The NDA can be signed even at the discovery-call stage, before the main contract.

Your source code is stored in a private GitHub/GitLab repository. Access is granted only to project team members. At project end the repository is transferred to you and you can revoke access whenever you want. Code is never shared with third parties. The source code is 100% yours.

With a maintenance contract: 24/7 monitoring detects the attack instantly, we respond immediately, clean the system, close the vulnerability and deliver a detailed report. Without a maintenance contract: an emergency response package ($55–$110/hour) performs the same actions. Regular backups prevent any data loss.

Yes — projects targeting the EU market are made GDPR-compliant by default: consent management platform (cookie banner), data-subject access request (DSAR) procedures, data portability, right-to-erasure, and data-processor agreements. Since GDPR overlaps heavily with KVKK, the additional cost is minimal.

Sector-Specific and Special Questions (11 SORU)

For SMEs we recommend: a corporate site in the $280–$540 range to start, followed by $55/month maintenance. For active e-commerce, a mid-size store at $900–$1,610. For sector-specific needs, an MVP custom solution at $1,070–$2,150. For SEO, the $125/month Starter package is enough.

Ideal stack for restaurants and cafés: website (online ordering + table reservations, $430–$640), QR menu ($105–$180), iyzico payment integration, Yemeksepeti/Getir Yemek marketplace integration ($180–$360), WhatsApp Business order taking. Total investment: $900–$1,430.

Specific needs for healthcare: online appointment system ($280–$540), patient panel and file management ($540–$1,070), additional KVKK measures (protection for special-category personal data), MEDULA integration where applicable, mobile app ($1,430–$2,860). All our healthcare projects comply with Ministry of Health regulations and KVKK's sensitive-data rules.

Yes — we have experience modernizing existing e-commerce sites. We start with a free audit of speed, mobile-responsiveness, conversion rate, SEO and user experience, then propose a modernization plan ($540–$1,790). We typically update the existing platform (WooCommerce, Opencart) with a modern theme plus UX improvements.

Yes — we build LMS (Learning Management Systems) for private schools, tutoring centres and online education platforms. Features: student/parent/teacher panels, alignment with the MEB curriculum, online-class integration (Zoom, Google Meet), assignment and exam systems, automated report cards, and a parent mobile app. Projects range from $1,790 to $5,360.

We have automotive expertise: car-dealer website (filtering, photo management, plate lookup, financing calculator, $430–$900), spare-parts wholesale site (VIN search, B2B portal, $1,070–$2,150), and auto-service booking ($540–$900). We have successful case studies in auto-locksmiths, car dealers and spare-parts businesses — see our case studies page for details.

Yes — we build real-estate portal projects: property listings (advanced search, map filtering), 360° virtual tour integration, customer enquiry and offer system, title-deed lookup API integration, mobile app and CRM (lead management). Project prices range from $1,250 to $3,570.

Yes — we develop dedicated software for agriculture and livestock. Our project for the Karacabey Dairy Producers Cooperative (producer-tracking system + GPS-based truck tracking + mobile app) delivered a 55% productivity gain. We specialize in farmers' unions, food cooperatives, and producer-tracking and dispatch systems.

Yes — B2B platforms (wholesale, dealer portals) are our specialty. Features: dealer onboarding system, price-list management (customer-specific pricing), order tracking, inventory control, collection tracking, commission calculation and a reporting dashboard. In our case study with a Bursa OSB textile wholesaler, sales grew 6× over 6 months. Projects range from $1,790 to $5,360.

Not at all — 95% of our clients work with us remotely (Türkiye + abroad). Modern communication tools (Zoom, Slack, ClickUp, Figma) make distance invisible. For international clients: EUR/USD/GBP invoicing, Stripe/PayPal/Wise payment, English communication and an async working model. We have clients in Germany, the Netherlands, the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the US.

Yes — modern projects often include AI integrations: chatbots using the ChatGPT/Claude API, speech-to-text with OpenAI Whisper, content generation automation with GPT, semantic search, recommendation engines, image recognition and sentiment analysis. AI project costs typically run $1,070–$7,150.
